The Vision of ONE

 

ONE reflects the one-ness we share:  one world; one community; one goal of improved health of body, mind, spirit; and the empowerment of each individual in pursuit of knowledge and wellness.  The tree within a circle in our logo represents the circle of life, the growth outward and inward as we seek our greatest potential, and includes the apple of health.

 

Most of our community of educators and professionals are not physicians.  If you are beginning a new fitness or treatment experience, it is always a good idea to consult your own physician regarding any existing risk factors that may impact your health and safety.
